John Randolph "Jack" Hubbard, USC's 8th president (1970-80), charted his priority as bringing the University of Southern California to the highest level of academic distinction possible. This presentation about his presidency was written and directed by Morton Zarcoff as part of the H. Dale Hilton Living History Project in 1987.
