@Axehand WELL, THEIR 2ND POSTION SO FAR THIS YEAR SHOWS THAT U SHOULD BE BLAMING THE CLUB, NOT THE PLAYERS - FOR BEING CHEATS! THEIR SUCCESS THIS YEAR UNDER THE CAP IS AS GOOD AS ANY START THEY HAVE HAD SINCE 2006, AND SHOWS THAT THEY WEREN'T REALLY GETTING AN UNFAIR ADVANTAGE BEING OVER THE CAP - IT'S ALL PSYCHOLOGICAL TOO THINK THAT " IF THEY BROKE A RULE THEY CHEATED " - SUPPORTERS OF OTHER CLUBS AT LEAST LIKE TOO THINK THAT.

@Axehand yes but how the players meant to know?? its the staff not the team. so stop talking shit and think logically. the bosses buy players, the players have no controll, they are just playing rugby for there club! so they cant cheat cuz theyre just doing there jobs. so blame the club not the players

@twinterrors44 I think you're the one having troubles understanding. The storm club administration rorted the system. Yes the players had no idea, but that's not the point, it's the point that the STORM had an unfair advantage over everyone else in the competition, even robbed teams of premierships that were actually following the rules. Mate an unfair advantage is breaking the rules, therefore illegal and not in the spirit of the game. What part is so hard to understand?

@twinturbonissan300zx You just need to accept the facts and cop it on the chin. It was unfair because you could afford all those great players by rorting the system. It might be the fault of the clubs administration but it's still cheating no matter how you look at it. Of course it has to do with money - that's how the storm got in trouble in the first place! Not fair mate, other clubs can't fit that many great players under the cap, why should any other team be different? Time to move on now.

@Axehand unfair advantage? bulldust, at the end of the day 15 other nrl clubs had the chance to recruit the likes of billy slater, cameron smith,cooper cronk and greg inglis when they were kids but didn't. The players just play football, they have nothing to do with money - that is other peoples jobs. These people are the ones in the wrong and these people got sacked , about 10 of them from the club.
