The rules for Pro RWD bracket(supercharger, turbo, nitrous, methanol), are analogous to IHRA outlaw class, but those cars run 4.2 second quarter mile times. So why can this car win? Look to the rule book: In Pro FWD, any 4 or 6 cyl or 2-rotor rotary is allowed. In Pro RWD, the engine has to be from an import make or "domestic joint venture." They essentially ban American engines.

its not the body of a celica. It is a 1 piece carbon fiber body with riveted lexan windows. does that come stock on celicas? No. The frame is not from a Cleica, not is the transmission or rear end, or any of it. It's just like NHRA funny cars, but there Mustangs and Camaro's run 4.0 second quarter miles.
