Crack this Code #3

EDIT: I suppose this was a little too tough? =\
There have been no answerers this week, so I'll take another week for this Code, so there isn't a new one this week.

Another thursday, another Code to Crack, and yet again harder than the last, think you can Crack it again?

I'm sorry for the lack of music on this one, but since I didn't a musical hint, I preferred not to add background music at all, as to not get people mistaking it with an extra hint.
