when i played with mine , it made my hands sliver and then water would not do nothing with my hand !

@thegrouchmonster101 If you get the hydrophobic coating on your hands, it's going to be very hard to wash off because it repels water. In my experience, however, you really have to rub the sand all over your hands to get the coating to rub off on your skin like that.

well i guess i rubbed the sand a lot , and it was not hard to wash off , i used soap ?

@thegrouchmonster101 That is good. I suppose it would be a handy way to make oneself water repellent. Fortunately, soap will still work.
