I've been on the 30 day free trial for 22 days and have made 7 purchases. 2 of the 7 purchases arrived within two days, 3 took 3 days, 1 took 4 days and 1 still hasn't arrived and it has been 8 days. Needless to say, I am disappointed that the service has not done as well as they claimed they would. I'm glad that I am on the free trial so at least I am getting free shipping for a month at about the same speed that I would normally see. Nothing faster with shoprunner than it would be without it.

Does the item have it? Sometimes the site supports this service but the item being sold doesn't. Either way, Amazon Prime is a lot more reliable I've found since this still takes 3 days sometimes.

yeah, it will be nice if your service really as you described "2-day shipping". I have been waiting for my staff for a week! And I am going to cancel the shopwalker or simply lier. If you can't do 2-day shipping just be honest, say you need 1 week, no one will blame you. And now you are just taking a "red flag" managing method...
