  • Its odd to see two together isn't it? aren't they usually solitary sharks?

And great job shooting this. This is one of the first videos of a thresher shark in its natural habitat without it being ripped out of the water and torn apart in the hands of a spoiled man who does it for sport. It just disgusts me to see these gorgeous animals go endangered because of a few assholes who got 'the big one'

    thanks for this man.

  • I agree with you absolutely. I hate those people who kill them.

  • @randomdude

It needs the tail for hunting. It will chase a school of fish to the surface, than whip the school to stun/kill some of them. Thus getting easy to catch prey.

  • That tail will leave a nice mark on your ass lol.

  • @StHoes Great White can be 50 feet

  • @sergei430amg I'm sure if provoked, but that goes for most animals

  • I love this video!!! The thresher has always been my favorite shark because of it's body size, 25 ft. 1 ft. longer then a great white, and how it's tail is half its body legnth!

  • Love this shark, it has always been my favorite because of its huge size (25 ft, 1 ft longer then a great white) and how its tail is half its body legnth

  • @sergei430amg this is a veryyy late reply..4 years late to be exact lol.. and no they are very docile creatures.. they would only attack as a form of defense if you bother them..just like any other animal

  • You would think that tail would through them off ballance, but they swim very gracefully.

  • That shark looks terrified, hahah he is a cool fellow

  • Damn! What does it need that huge tail for???
