5th axis tables can be just as useful when used for indexing.

nice... I am actually doing some 3 axis porting on one of my cylinder heads. I did some special fixturing, and got some special tools to do it. Its interesting so far. What are you doing your cam programming with?

Ah right, makes sense. Although a stub series endmill on a relieved shank would also work but I guess you use what you can find

looks like a wilson throttle body. Nice video, strange looking cutting fluid. What are you guys using? Is that a TR210 in your haas? VF2? VF3? I was looking at adding a TR210 to my VM2 as well.

Sleeper - It is a Honda EVO throttle body in a short run of 5 pcs. Blocks started out squared up with 2 precision .500 holes w/counter bores in the center of 66mm bore to hold and locate 1st side. Parts were then flipped on the same tool and finished complete. After the set-up part (1 week) was done - they ran in just under 2 hours each. Yes it is the TR210 - pleasantly surprised me with its accuracy and rigidity. Fluid was going bad.
