This is great! I've seen Alex Steele and his inspirational 'improwise' seminars before, but I hadn't realised he'd got to Bangladesh. Linking jazz thinking to education sounds amazing, and hearing him with a tabla player is immense. The message of jazz and improvisation and lessons we can learn from this in learning, communication, innovation, change and leadership are inspiring. Where will this man go next?!
