I must say that I dont like what baby is doing, just an advice from me as a physical therapist - do never put any kind of motivation, obviously toys, behind babys head - he/she will try to extend his head and the paravertebral muscles are overworked,babies with tendention to over-extend their head have problems, also, its not good to have a childs bed next to the wall, he/she will look only at the one side,child must get motivation to look on the right and left side, to get symetric!!
