your up to 3 on this vid i cant figure out how to lock on the pole with. The first one was of course the half a cartwheel ouch that has to hurt the wrists but great form. Then the one where your face down wonder if you can do that up higher yet. I can't even do it down low. Thanks for postin Star great vids all of em :)

I'm not sure which "face down" trick you're referring to, but the low altitude is due to the fact then when I'm on spin, I like to push off of the floor :) Weeee!
If by "Cartwheel" you mean the first trick? (I call it "Handspring")... It definitely shouldn't hurt the wrists, they should be straight... in line with the arms. When you engage the shoulders it takes the pressure off of the arms and wrist :)
