Actually, it's "beauty". All the statement "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" means is that each person places separate subjective values in things. That in no way proves that someone's subjective belief can't be objectively true. It can.

Here's one of mine:

"The first act of Casablanca is a complex, better formulated setup of events than that of the first act of the new Alvin And The Chipmunks."

It's my subjective statement of value, but I can still prove that it's objectively true.
