  • @gerrence40 There is a kookiness to Paladino, but what does anyone favoring low taxes and fiscal discipline to do? If not Paladino, then it has to be Cuomo. With Paladino there is at least a chance of the sort of necessary changes which are not likely under Cuomo. We need someone with good ideas who is also as tough & political smart as New Jersey's Chris Christie, but we are not to be so lucky. So,I'm crossing my fingers and voting for Paladino. And he's not going to get the internment camps.

  • @sleedolfine15 He also wants to put people who need welfare into internment camps. He's full of good ideas!

  • The NY State government will need to make substantial cuts in state spending--cuts which will negatively effect public employees. One of Cuomo strongest supporters are the public employees unions. Can Cuomo stand up to this interest group which has a long history of support for both Andrew & his father? Maybe, but I doubt it. Paladino has many faults, but he's tough, fearless & owe the unions nothing. And he favors substantial tax & spending cuts.
