What scope do you have on it? Or do you have a better scope to suggest for the Super SASS? Thanks,

Can anyone tell me if the length of the barrel plays a roll in decreased sound using a suppresor? I have a dpms min-sass 5.56 and plan on using a yankee hill phantom suppressor. I have watched a few videos where the sound suppression varies significantly from ar to ar. Is that the reason? It seems the shorter the barell the louder the suppression.

Anyone here have in-depth knowledge about simi auto 308 rifles? I'm looking for a Simi Auto 308 rifle I have found: Knight's Armament SR-25 $5,000, H&K 417 $4,000, Springfield Armory Standard M1A $1,347.80, Remington R-25 Rifle $1,359.05, and ArmaLite AR-10A4CBF Carbine $1,247.48. Looking for multi purpose fun to shoot / low maintenance / deer to big game hunting. Looking for near AK-47 reliability with well placed follow up shots, large magazine & drum, & (bonus Slidefire) cost under $1,500

Can I run the suppressor without an adj gas block? How much blowback would there be?

I'm looking to get a ar10, is it worth getting the adjustable gas system if I'm not running a silencer?
-
is it running subsonic?

I've been looking for an ar-10 for a while, but I want the tactical rails on them to add accessories easier, did you buy you ar-10 with that rail already on it, or did you have to buy it separately? either way, where did you get it the ar-10 tactical rail?

is it worth getting the super sass if you dont plan to use a suppressor?
-
@122ffsdd The AR10 is gas operated. The suppressor causes a big increase in internal pressure in the barrel itself. Therefore, more pressure is passed down the gas tube, and back into the action. Causing the bolt to cycle much faster, and ejecting the case further.
why do the casings eject different with the suppressor on it? does it have to do with blowback or how the supressor releases gasses?

@122ffsdd with a suppressor attached you DO increase your blow back, which makes your chamber a lot dirtier especially with a .308 that is why the brass is being ejected faster with the suppressor.
