Tracy Anderson's method helps keep Jennifer in such great shape, so the esteemed personal trainer has created an exclusive Venus Work-Out Video to help women achieve the look -- and legs -- of a goddess, just like JLo.

Tracy first worked with Jennifer Lopez after the birth of her twins, helping her sculpt her famous figure. "Jennifer knows what it feels like to be in what she calls 'fighting shape'" explains Tracy. "And after twins, it doesn't just come back unless you're a genetic freak of nature!"

"Celebrities are just as busy as the rest of us and they don't have more time," says Tracy. "They're mums and they have demanding careers and a lot of the time they just have to fit in a workout no matter what and make the best of it".

Getting you in tip-top shape:
Tracy says the best way to tone up is to give 50% of your workout time to your muscular structure with the further 50% focused on aerobic activity -- you need to pay attention to both.

And what about getting those gorgeous legs like Jennifer? "Don't over-exercise large muscles," warns Tracy. "The large muscles in the legs are massive, and they want to become even more massive. Don't do the same repetitive movements over and over and don't use heavy resistance. Women don't need to use a lot of resistance, there is intelligent strength, and then there is muscle mass. We don't need muscle mass!"
