Hi Sofia,Ive just found out that I may have this condition,I only found out that I may have this because I developed Anterior Uveitis. any ideas?

@rockcityaudio Hi, Uveitis is a consecuence of AS, like a symptom. You already had AS when the uveitis came. Thanks for the message, write me back

Mine has its own mind too, I dont have the marker too and they did not know what was in me, it is so frustrating. Do you feel better with enbrel??

Hi Junior, I use Embrel, it is a Biolgical medication like Humira. I have not feel better, I´ll find out about it. Thanks a lot.

mabuhay!im a 26 year-old guy from the philippines.i was diagnosed with AS for about 2 years ago..i'm HLA-B27-positive..i took whey protein when i was 23 yrs old.i think it triggered my AS..

i have the hla 27 gene and have had reactive arthritus 4 4 yrs which has just moved on to as. not happy and suffering, but loading up on pain killers and anti inflams and hopefully going on to embrel or something in the next 4 weeks. dunno anything about diet and hope to god something gives. 1 thing i do know is load up on watever you doc prescribes but you must stay active !!!!!

HI Sofia,I had all the tests at Moore-fields in London UK.

blood tests,back xrays,scans etc,just got the news yesterday that nothing is wrong at all.I also had the genetic marker test and that was negative. Eye pressure came back to 15 down from 24(probably the maxidex steroid drops.

The whole question now is did I ever have Uveitis at all!. Thank-you for your kind reply,now I'm off to Hawaii to"Veg out"and relax after what was a very scary time.
