They believe that Henry was around 28 stones (weight of measurement at that time) when he died, which would have been just south of 400 lbs. 200 to 250 at the height of 6'2' would be healthy since the man was a jousting, hunting, boxing, and tennis fiend. That is until his accident.

Probably 200-250 lbs.Back then so many people were thin that even a little extra weight was 'fat'.His size is likely exagerated.
