Close grip pullups are great for biceps and back. Do as many as you can with or without assistance. On the last few reps focus on holding at the top of the movement for 5-10 seconds this will make the exercise much more difficult and help you long term get better at the movement.

  • So.. in your is your grip not strong enough to support your weight or do you like having your forearms be unproportioned because you use straps will all your lifts?

  • @IrishKow I have very bad golfers elbow on both sides thats why I wear straps.. My forearms are actually very symmetrical to the rest of my body size wise. They measure 16" and my arms are 19" This video is over a year old buddy

  • wouldn't it be better not to have something help with your grip as you are making it easier?

  • @meenyko Of course but the whole point of straps is so your forearms do not go out and that I can focus on my back.. A pullup is a pullup, difficult either way just making sure I can get more reps in..
