The second of the Tsumani Surges in the SF Bay Area as a result of a 8.9 earthquake and tsunami in Japan just 10-11 hours before. First surge came to shore in Berkeley @ 9:30am and the second tsunami surge at 10am

@scottclements78 From KPIX-CBS News: An 8-foot swell destroyed about 35 boats and decimated the harbor in Crescent City on Friday morning, and more powerful waves could be coming later, officials said.

So far, one fatality has been reported in Brookings, Ore., about 25 miles to the north of Crescent City, and one man is missing in the Crescent City area, Councilwoman Kelly Schellong said.

There was also millions of dollars in damages to boats in the harbor in Santa Cruz today.

AWESOME FOOTAGE! You have caught HAARP in action!! Can see where they crossed their waves to bring down the effects of the HAARP driven waters. Hmmmmmm...so it is true...a weapon that will bring terror into the hearts & minds of mankind. And they are certainly unleashing hell. It is deeply sad what they are doing to us all. Perhaps it will be the work of the Crystal Skulls that will succede in being their undoings which in return will set mankind free from this reign of horrors.

Great capture of an event!! It's historical and it shows clear text book example , so has it 's great educational value! You can see clearly the process of the tsunami wave action as it slow down as it approaches the hallow shore and the waves amplitude (height ) increase as well as the distance between each wave decrease. You can see the tidal bore as it comes in the distance ( dark blue line ). You can see the waves bounce back into the incoming waves and reflect out ward. Thank you.

This is the best footage yet; you have perspective from multiple views for the entire journey into the bay up to the shore. Great job, thanks for sharing a piece of history with us. This is something which must be seen to understand; this clip does it masterfully. -Indiana

what a surge, I never seen waves pile up like that just raising the water level.. is there good footage of the water receding or did that take a long time??
