# Lines in the Sand (1991)
Lines in the Sand, a twelve-minute videotape examining biased media coverage of the Persian Gulf war, may prod some much-needed discussion about what really happened when the United States bombed Iraq. The tape is short and to the point - juxtaposing clean videogame clips from television news reports on the bombing runs with rare footage of real people who were on the receiving end in Baghdad. Ed Griffin-Nolan wrote and produced the show and shot the films of Baghdad himself. Griffin-Wirth Associates, a public interest media and development firm, has distributed copies of the tape to libraries, schools, and church groups around the country. To order a copy of the tape or the companion study guide call or write Griffin-Wirth Associates, 168 Parkway Drive, Syracuse, NY 13207, (615) 476-3396
