Here's a short arrangement of an old folk tune that I've altered fairly significantly. This one is originally in standard tuning, but I usually think that it's easier to play and compose in open tunings (C, in this case). I admit that it's obviously a little under-rehearsed, and I'd like to lengthen it and smooth some of the transitions. But I decided to post it anyways since I had been too busy to record anything for the past couple months.

  • Hi there...I just happened upon your channel and was blown away when I heard you play. You are some kind of GOOD! Suze

  • You're too kind. I prefer to think of it as snatching mediocrity from the jaws of indifference.

  • That is some mighty nice pickin' there! I wish I could pick like that!
