The problem was they added way too many conflicts/sub plots in this. They should have kept the Mary Jane story, the black suit story, and the new goblin (they should have made him the hobgoblin). They should have kept Sandman and Venom for the next film. There was just too much going on.

get rid of venom and keep the black costume because sandman is pretty frikkin powerful

and spiderman will need the symbiote

finish the movie showing spiderman kill sandman and also get rid of the symbiote

however he looses the symbiote and in the sequel we see peter and harry fight against eddie brock aka venom

cmon, hollywood hasnt even hired me yet

The trailer made the movie look SO AWESOME, but when I saw in theatres I was dissapointed. This movie sucked compared to the 1st and 2nd. It was done bad.

Should have left out fucking sandman...(if ur gonna put him in it do it right!) or leave out "new goblin" wow that was a gay name..and focus more on the suit and venom since that's what the fans wanted to see more of anyway ! Epic fail on Sonys part -.-
