  • Peter Bardens was the man!.....saw him solo in the early eighties, i think........RIP

  • like those before me - "holy sh** this is a good song!" thank you for existing, Camel. you've made the universe worthwhile.

  • In rock/ Atom heart mother 1970 Meddle/ Led zeppelin IV 1971 Obscured by clouds/ Close to the edge 1972 The dark side of the moon/Selling England by the pound/Houses of the holy 1973 Mirage/The stormbringer 1974 Wish you were here/The snow goose 1975 Moonmadness 1976 Animals 1977 The wall 1979 It would be so nice If I lived those years...
  • 3:25 it seems like the ending of echoes, pink floyd (meddle)

  • WoNdErFuL! prog rock from 70's is the best of music, it's just like a glass of aged wine, drunked in front of a fireplace!

  • The last really consistent album from Camel. Much as I admire Richard Sinclair I don't think he was right for Camel, and they were never the same after Doug Ferguson left

  • @CrustyCurmudgeon -

    > One of my great regrets was not seeing Andy and the band back in the day. ...

I lucked out and caught them opening 4 Wishbone Ash, the Mirage and There's The Rub tour, it was the first I heard of Camel. Camel blew Wishbone aWAY (unfair to Wishbone, as it was their 1st. tour without Ted Turner, so it's apples and oranges.)

I recall learning later that Latimer was referred to as Andrew and Ward was referred to as Andy.

  • just a great song great fuckin great!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @zackjp Yes, sorry, bass too. They are just an awesomely underrated band!!

  • @Ruiggie don't even mention the awsome bass skill in this
