At the TEDxVilnius 2011 conference, Mārtiņš made a binding promise to create and deliver a near perfect speech. If he shall succeed, he will be rewarded with undivided attention of thousands of TEDxVilnius fans. If he shall fail, then he will deposit 2500 Lt (or equivalent amount of money at current exchange rates) to a charity of my choice.
