Perhaps the other members of the band 'WAR' had left the group, and as so many other bands do, the remaining member/s continue on with the same group name. 'Journey' has a new lead singer and has changed other members many times over the years, but they are still known by the same name... get over it already. As long as the other members that left are cool with the others still using the name, there is nothing YOU can do about it except piss and moan about it :-)
