DESCRIPTION:
Griffin talks about Google Latitude or Google's location-based social network getting over 1 million users within it's first week. He moves on to talk about Verizon Wireless doing field trials for their 4G LTE network and how it's been hitting the 50-60 megabits per second range. This network will compete with WiMax from Sprint and Clearwire. Griffin then talks about Skype coming to Nokia phones starting with the Nokia N97 due out in June - AWESOME. He then talks about Facebook switching their ToS back from the "we own your data FOREVER even if you delete your account" to what is was previously. They are saying a revision is coming soon. Griffin then ends the show with a statistic that says that in the UK kids are getting their first cellphone at age 8 - WOW!

2 years ago. It was a free, generic LG flip phone from Verizon. It was the one that had big speakers at the hinge. Then I got the Storm :) All is well in the universe. So, looking at when I get my next phone LTE will be brand new. Yay me for perfect timing.
