@InsaneDeathz you need to get back to the prison and break out from it then search all the chests and in one chest there are your stolen items... sorry 4 my bad english

For anyone that has the problem where the guy tells you about the prank, the woman sells a spell called beguiling touch, it's cheap but if you don't have the money there's plenty of stuff to sell in the building that you can sell to the woman. Hope this helps!
