haha oh man, whenver we try to leave chopsticks for everybody to use, it never works. People are always too eager to grab the food and forgetfully use their own chopsticks.
I have a craving for dim sum now :)

I do not know which Maxim. I was led there by friends. It was the top floor of a MTR station I believe.
