How can those adorable little chicks endure all that? Thats awful! When I get my chicken this weekend it will never be THROWN around like a rag!

well, you know what they say, you cant spell slaughter without laughter. you should probably be thankful they didn't show what happens with the unwanted male chicks.

Not all hatcheries treat the chicks this way. The key is to find a hatchery whose practices you agree with and buy only from them. It might be more expensive, but at least you can be sure there's no conveyor belts involved.

theyre very tough they arent hurt ive seen chicks fall from the top of my coop ramp and he/she was totally fine . yes just tossing them is a little messed up , but theyre tough.
