Bobcat in Phoenix

Wow! After the roadrunner I was expecting a coyote. Seen many of them before but in all the years (going on 26) here in AZ I have never seen one of these! Even my Arizona born wife hasn't!!! Yesterday afternoon in broad daylight we were in our back yard when we suddenly noticed this silent and stalking feline enter the street from behind our fenced yard. I ran to get my new camera with new wonderful features such as 20 time's optical zoom as well as still photo capture capability while recording video. I walked up the roadway only to have the bobcat cross my path and slowly dodge and weave in front of homes and underneath parked cars eventually jumping over a fence into one of our neighbor's backyards!!! Hold on to your little poochies and kitties! This is the real deal...a wild stalking Bobcat!!!
