An historic song of Russia, dedicated to and about the Cossacks. There have been variations in the lyrics.(And I have made at least one mistake in the text-My sincere apology! If anyone can spell that word correctly please let me know) Here is the version sung by beautiful singer Pelagaya, with my imperfect text on the screen for you. The words are not difficult. Her pronunciation is just so pretty..easy to hear every letter of every word, great for students to practice pronunciation. So, try to sing this one.

Ukraine is not like Croatia nor Belarus is not like Bosnia to Russia. There are many big differences. This just shows you do not know that region.

why are you trying to say Cossacks are Russian? They were free people serving Russia and Commonwealth. If you have to assign them a nationality they are Ukrainians.
