  • Yo Timbahwolf if you're still having the graston done i hope everything is going better for your elbows then when we spoke previously, I just recently have switched all straight bar activity to Ring training and i believe this will be a huge huge factor in getting around elbow pain for both of us considering both of our training frequencies are similar. Good day man.

  • @mrmagoo670

Yeah, I wish my new studio had 15-20 feet ceilings for rings and a climbing rope. I am still getting graston done and actually my chiro and I just videotaped what he does for my elbows which I was posting in the next day or so.

  • so your 43? nice! ive been working out for awhile now with good results hopefully i can keep it up and look like this at that age and be beastin on my age group! and to all the haters hard work + eating is all you need noobs!

  • @jannny

    Thanks, janny.

The problem is that most of them probably think they are training hard enough and think their nutrition is equally dead on. I'm reluctant to make such a blanket statement but its unfortunately the truth that one or both aspects are likely severely flawed if they believe resorting to steroids was the only way to achieve my results. I'm not saying my own training and nutrtition can't be improved but I at least recognize it and attribute my condition to my present efforts.

  • Kane is a beast and a great inspiration...I would love to sit with him and pick his brain. Need to know how he keeps that body fat % so low low?????? I can't seem to get it straight? Must be his genetics

  • @lokalyokal1

Call it body dysmorphia, but I really only allow myself to gain size 2-4 months of the year. Fortunately I'm content if I can even put on 2-3 lbs per year. The rest of the year I'm at around or slightly below maintenance. Culking FTW! Read up on Alan Aragon if you're unfamiliar with the term.

  • @Biiaattcchh100 if you did this and didnt feel a pump in your arms or shoulders then your form isnt right or you're using too light dumbells cause this is a great exercise

  • killer!!

  • I like the dark serene setting you put for your work out. Works for me too im up 530 am and like it dark and quiet. I understand you are 43? Very impressive and dedicated. I hit 50 this year and can still crank the serious work outs. I would ideally like to achieve your results but don't have the time in my schedule ... kids work

  • man thats my ideal physique - lean and cut and strong! fantastic work man!!

  • INGENIOUS!!

  • BEAST!!!

  • @ddog4z im not trying to have some sort of debate here but you obviously dont know what your talking about and shouldnt be responding to me.. if hes riped doesnt mean this exercise helped him .. ive tried it and only got a pump its to easy for me and it doesnt work on my arms at all so thats why im asking ..good enough?

  • @Biiaattcchh100 Yeah this incredibly ripped guy has an entire video dedicated to them specifically. Definitely nothing special at all.
