I am not Muslim. I ended my marriage because of the abuse. When my family learned of the abuse,they could not understand why I STAYED with my husband! They were FURIOUS at what he had done to me (mental and emotional abuse)I divorce him, and have never been happier.That was 13 years ago.I will NEVER allow myself to be abused again.I am still single,by CHOICE.
