Power Sled Chest Flies are a great exercise to isolate the chest.

You can perform this as a power exercise trying to pull the sled as far as you can or you can use this is a resistance training exercises slowly contracting the pecs.

If you are looking for explosive power, this exercise may not be the first, second or even third choice.

Remember everything you do during training should be specific to your goals.
