  • My right PSIS is pulled out more than the left one, and ive had back pain from a bulging disc, any ideas on how to correct this ? all the videos on youtube only show how to fix the front and back tilts, nothing about my case... any advice would be helpful, thank you Sam

  • @Amrma7goob,

This is a bit more complicated. I don't do videos on this sort of thing, because its advised to see a competent therapist who can assess your pelvic alignment before taking action.

  • holistic doctors including chiropractors can be disease mongers too! If they charge money or you r insurance than walk away because they are just as distinterested in your health has allopaths. They wat to enrich thenselves just the same.

  • @busybuzzbuzz,

This comment is extremely irrelevant. I'm amazed by the fact that you bother to waste your time posting it. You are blocked. Have a nice day!

  • Great video! I have lower back pain which I think is caused by pelvic tilt and excessive lumbar lordosis. My discs in my lumbar vertebrae are very wedge shaped, with lots of room on the front and very little room on the back. Do you know if correction of pelvic tilt results in more balanced discs, as seen in xrays?

  • @FoodCubes,

    Absolutely, but it takes TIME.

  • I know some people including myself naturaly have a more of a curvy back, but i think that personal trainer has alittle bit of kythosis going on, im the same trying to set up my own postural training plan to make myself more symetrical, its all thanks to video's like yours im already making great progress thank you!

  • I seem to have pelvic tilt, however i also have a very excessive lordotic curve, which in alot of pictures ive seen people dont have this.

Can you offer me any clarity on this?

  • @P69Lyon,

I'm not aware of any established measurements for those positions. "Neutral", which is a middle between full extension and flexion, is a large range, and ideal in these positions, but it depends on the type of spinal issue.

  • Very helpful for my exam study thank you

  • Hey thanks for these videos

  • PS: "Fitness Doctors" ?? C'mon guys. Using 'doctor' or any play on the name is false and misleading advertisement. Sam, straighten those guys out with their company name please. You know better.

  • Finally, someone thinks like me! Good job Sam! "Pelvis measurement as it is TODAY and it MIGHT be from training in last 48 hrs" and could change daily IS good thinking. It is good to finally see someone besides me thinks that through. Trainers often think a measurement THAT day IS 'it' when it is usually in a flux.
