Breaking News from Jesse Ventura on TSA suit, TV show

Alex Jones returns from former Minnesota governor Jesse Ventura's 60th Birthday party in L.A., co-hosted with actor Harry Dean Stanton, celebrating his 85th Birthday. Ventura shared several big announcements with Alex, including news that there will be a 3rd season of Conspiracy Theory. He further told Alex that a major press conference was pending regarding his lawsuit against TSA groping, which he thinks may soon be thrown out on standing. If so, Ventura may decide to embrace Mexican citizenship and re-locate full time to the Baja.

Jessie had no standing. He had no damages. He consented to their searches. If he had not allowed them and let them take an action against him, then he would have a case. A civil rights case. Courts do not take hypothetical cases.
