A Little Priest

The last performance of Sweeney Todd at Broadhollow's Elmont Theatre. Features the amazingly talented Don Dowdell as Sweeney, and me, Jennifer Hope, as Mrs. Lovett. This performance is recorded live from a low-quality camera, making for some interesting hair colors, but I wanted to post it for my friends who couldn't make the show. This was a dream come true for me, as this is the musical that made me stop thinking of theatre as something OTHER people did to earn a living. After Ms. Snipp, my 7th grade history teacher, lent me the video of Angela Lansbury and George Hearn doing the show, I decided this was what I wanted to with my life. It was a privilege to do this role onstage, with an amazingly talented and dedicated cast and production team. Hope you enjoy watching it as much as I did performing it.

Great job! I was the Beggar Woman in our performance of (my favorite show) Sweeney Todd...BW was fun, but I think if I do it again, I would love to try for Lovett. You did an amazing job, hon!

im sorry for double posting. but i really just wanna give my little review..first i have nothing to do with the club or whatever you were in for the show, didnt know any of the actors. i just heard that there was a sweeney todd show and went to go see it. So me walking into see you guys was totally by luck! you guys were awesome! i did see you on the 15th which was the last show. and you guys were awesome! and by the way nice on dropping the razor XD, lol not your fault stuff happens XD
