@210482fmj yeh you are right. like a said i had relatives who owned a B&B down there. they moved in 2000 and in 2001 i went down for the summer and man i could not believe how packed it was. man i miss those days. i was 7 then, from then in i went on regular holidays down there and saw the population get smaller and smaller. they used to have massive fairs on the grass at the front. the last time i was there was in july 2011 and man seeing what happend in 10 years was depressing ;_;

my aunt and uncle used to live on Garfield road in paignton. in fact when this video was recorded they lived there. they moved in 2000 and own a B&B at 8 Garfield road. it was the second house after coming in from the car park.

Regardless of this towns population it really does suffer from being a ghost town in certain areas. YOu can walk for miles and not even encounter a human being sometimes. Not good

That old crazy golf was awesome! Last time I went Paignton was 1997 and I went with my Grandad on that crazy golf a few times when we were there. I was only 9 at the time, I loved it lol.
That golf course aint there anymore....
a huuuuuuuge amazing new bigger one is there called parates bay!!!! go theres its wicked.

You're quite right, this video shows the crazy golf course as it was in 2005. The new golf course has a pirates theme.
