  • @Doshu0007 Totally agree with you brotha

  • Great information. I am also a public adjuster and this information is very accurate and straightforward. I can tell Mr. Romero has a lot of experience. In Arizona we have a similar process with our claims.

I wish insurance companies would just pay what they owe, but in this day and age the insurance companies make you fight for every penny. The only time they are fair is when they are covered under reinsurance.

  • @Doshu0007 When they do the work for me when I'm booked, all I can be is grateful. Still have to inspect though of course, but to write a big fire loss can easily take 5 or 6 hours. Only dealt with the PA's on large losses like that.

  • Im an insurance adjuster in Ohio. When I'd go to conferences they'd tell me that PA's were this and that, but I gotta tell you my experiences with them, which is limited. They actually sped things up for the insured. The last time I had 30 files to write up I didn't have time to write the fire loss. He volunteered to write it on Xact for me. He sent me the ESX file, I looked it over. It was really good. But the best part is he was very accommodating and friendly from the start.

  • Insurance companies are a scam

  • Evidently, you had a very negative experience with some public adjuster yourself, or knew someone else that did. For that, I am very sorry for what you feel occurred.

However, if you would take the time to check out my experience, education, testing and track record (with actual clients of mine and their phone numbers), you would never have posted such a comment on my website.

Please consider retracting your comment from my here, as I and my business do not deserve such a slanderous statement.

  • Public adjusters will steal your money. They have no education and no experience. Their sole purpose is to take a large percentage of your claim settlement. BEWARE BEFORE SIGNING ANY CONTRACT WITH A PUBLIC ADJUSTER. THEIR ONLY INTEREST IS IN TAKING MONEY THAT IS OWED TO YOU.

  • great video with tons of information thanks alot!!!
