packaged optimium hardware, then it would be as good as a Mac. However, Microsoft have not managed to do this, and this has resulted in Apple being the better machine to run more CPU straining software on. This is why many people who use computers for more that just word processing choose to use a Mac. Overall, Apple Mac's are much better, smoother and nicer looking machines than a standard Microsoft computer.

Apple hardware and OSX (Leopard) run much faster and smoother than any Windows OS, because the hardware and the software are made for each other and you buy a Mac as a package of hardware and software, where as machines running a Windows OS gennerally can boast an amazing videos card, but it can't be used due to the crappy single layer processer that looked so good on the Dell website. Although i am both a fan of Windows and Apple, if Windows tailored a simpler and smaller OS with a
