After my new weighted regular pull up P.R. (Personal Record) I decided to try a one armed test as well. I was pretty happy with this one because even a couple of weeks ago I was struggling with 25 pounds and I think I could have added a pound or two to this. At 135 lbs. even a 5 lb. increase is almost 7% of my body weight. I'll definitely be pushing for 35 lbs. in the near future.

  • @intercourseman69 No way you can have that much strenght at 5'9 and 120 pounds. Post a video then youtube will believe you. 5'9 and 140 is considered skinny, let alone 120 pounds, then you say you can add 20 pounds as an extra. No way dude. Stop the bullshit you are nowhere near of something.
