The DVD includes a superb fine-adjuster rip-fence, too. 1hr 22mins.
Volume 5 - Bandsaw Jigs and Advanced techniques contains jigs for common bandsaw tasks and a step-by-step guide to cutting perfect dovetails on the bandsaw. 1hr 48mins.
Both disks contain PDFs to print off and take into the workshop with you.

  • I Noticed the DVDs are in PAL format for Europe. Are these DVDs availble for the NTSC, American video standard?

  • Yes they are. WE 1 & 2 are available only in PAL, but WE3 The Ultimate Tablesaw Tenon Jig and WE 4 & 5, The Compleat Bandsaw, are available in NTSC as well. Simply select NTSC from the drop-down list box on the workshopessentials website.

    Thanks for asking!

    Cheers

    Steve

  • Thanks MM. Compleat is deliberate! :)

Sir Isaak Walton wrote The Compleat Angler in the 17thC and it's still available today. It's one of the longest-running books in history. I'm hoping mine will last as long!

But thank you for your general approval. Appreciated.

  • Thanks Steve. Very useful. Pity you spelt the word "complete" incorrectly though. Makes it look a bit amateurish.

  • That looks like very helpful information, Steve.
