Nickel NiMH batteries go 100,000 miles, no gas, no oil

On an all-day, all-night trip to La Verne, which tried to stop a solar rooftop system (because it could be seen by a helicopter!!), this RAV4-EV ticks over 100K miles.

No oil, no gas, on the original pre-Chevron-lawsuit 2002 NiMH (Nickel Metal Hydride) battery pack.

For those who say that NiMH is not as rugged as Lithium, well, no Lithium EV has YET gone more than 50K miles on the same pack -- and the so-called VOLT-hoax only goes 40 miles on a charge!

This NiMH EV still gets OVER 100 miles on a charge, and the batteries recycle.

No oil or gas... expect to make the vehicle, tires, and lubrication. But still very cool.

The car that gm and cheveron said is impossible and does not exist and battery tech. was not ready just went 100000 miles of realy world driving. Congradulations on proving them wrong.
