In the room of requirement Draco attempts to capture Harry alive, it is Crabbe who disobeys, and we don't know what Draco planned to do with Harry once he caught him.
And Harry saved Draco from during the Battle of Hogwarts (the second).
Aside from that, both put such focus on the other that it's almost impossible not to at least question it.
