Your mushroom tip is not a muscle...it's a flab of skin with tubes that carry blood. (Tubes, not fibers). That is why when it is soft, it is "flexed" and when it's erect, it is relaxed. The reason you can move it is because you are rushing blood to it with your lower ab muscles. Just thought you would like to know lol.

Bullshit! Lower Abs is the most important to see difference. Most people go for crunches and that's only upper abs. You want less stomach= lower abs.

@86NapoleonDynamite you're over training the shit out of your muscles if your working the same thing everyday for a week straight man. this is what i do maybe it will help
MON: Arms
TUES:Back
WED: LEGS
Thurs: Chest and shoulders
Friday: Back or chest
i switch up back and chest days each week so one week i'll work chest twice, then next week i work back twice. throw in ab workouts two to three times a week as well. hope this helps.

Yeah that's bad. Hit each muscle group at least once, once a week. Your waiting too long before you hit it again. Your gains will be very small and slow the way your going.
