Yes you can, it's called stacking. No different if the store listed the item for sale and you used a coupon also.

The coupons on Target.com change often, they are generally Target coupons for a brand name item (it is like putting the item on sale, but their "store coupon" is required to get that sale price) AND a "store coupon" and a manufacturer coupon can absolutely be combined together - "cannot be combined with any other offer" refers to a second manufacturers offer, not a stores offer (ie store coupon) - it is clear in Target.com coupon policy.

Idk what ur doing to the coupons because they all say, "cannot be combined with any other ofer" meaning you cannot use another coupon (2 coupons) on top of the coupon for the item. It dosnt work that way
