In this FSPGR weighted MRI a neuroma is seen in the righ cerebellopontine angle. The most frequent origin of this tumor is the superior vestibular branch of VIII cranial nerve. Treatment consists in surgical resection.

En esta resonancia magnética ponderada en FSPGR se puede observar un neurinoma en el ángulo pontocerebeloso derecho. Éste tumor se origina con mayor frecuencia de la rama vestibular superior. Su tratamiento es quirúrgico.
