It was a unanimous decision.
Despite our apprehension that Singaporeans would scoff at the idea (or worse still, run away) we, the blogtv team decided we'll try it anyway.
So here it is in its full glory - our very own home-made Free Hugs video . We couldn't have done it on our own of course - we had music by the ever supportive local band EIC.
P.S. thanks Lin and FD for being so sporting!
No we don't need a permit. If you want to conduct free hugs in a shopping mall or any other areas, yes you have to.
But other than that, Underpasses around orchard roads, and outside takashimaya are all a go. :D From this Monday to Friday. Free hugs will be conducted by ME and my fellow free huggers. :D At orchard, most prolly 3.30pm onwards. :D BE THERE! :D

I would like to know too, whether we have to get a permit for Free Hugging. By right we shouldn't need it. Hugs are not something that people should need permission to do. And yes, its true. Singaporeans are so serious, stressed, hurried, that we hardly think positively. So many people are too serious and hurried to be given a free hug. This should not be so, hugs can make the world a happier place. GO FREE HUGGERS! SPREAD THE LOVE! <33
