Ummm .... Are you absolutely sure that it is because of this particular program? It could of been the fact you were using LimeWire or uTorrent etc.

Is this program totally legal? I want to find something I don't have to worry about being legal or illegal I just want to be sure. I know some people don't care but I do. lol. I read that this program is totally legal as long as the video you are converting is not copy writed. What are your thoughts? Is there such thing as a totally free, legal software such as this one? haha. fool. you shood just get sony vegas pro 8 or any odder and use the add on "video download helper" for firefox. (search google), and download the utube video by clicking on da arrow next the add ons logo and choose da video. den put da video on sony vegas and take away da video and render it as an mp3 file. hope diss helps.

Limewire just /attracts/ viruses. Almost every thing you download is going to have a virus. You could download Frostwire, same thing, but less viruses.
