My great uncle dodged D-Day with the Carleton and York Regiment. My grandpa wasn't so lucky :( he unfortunatley saw a little place called Juno Beach

I have watched this several times now, and I do believe that 3:35 that is my grandpa in the front row at the church.

A really nice piece of work...very well put together. I thoughts the timing for the statistics at the end of the piece was just right!

Thanks for the feedback. I think it turned out good myself but it could have been better. I used Windows Movie Maker and some times there are slight stoppages between frames that come from different documentaries like at 2:53. I also would have liked to have used more footage from battles other than Sicily and Ortona but it was all I had to work with at the time unfortunately.
